Aiful Corporation will begin collaborating with convenience store chain operator Lowson, Inc. under an agreement to use Lowson's payment receipt service on behalf of Aiful starting on October 1, 2001.

Beginning on September 17, 2001, Aiful Corporation will commence a tie-up with The Kansai Sawayaka Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Osaka) to administer unsecured loan guarantee activities for individual borrowers.

Aiful Corporation will strengthen its crime prevention measures by introducing a new crime prevention system at all domestic offices. The company will take the measures following the occurrence of several incidents in the industry where employees have been threatend and attacked for money.

On July 2 Aiful Corporation will begin a CD/ATM tie-up with The Setouchi Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Kure City). The tie-up with Setouchi Bank increases Aiful's CD/ATM network to a total of 25,958 company-owned and collaborating company locations.

AIFUL Coporation annouced today that is has received from LIFE Co.,Ltd., which AIFUL recentry acquired and made a full subsidiary, the transfer of all shares of Sanyo Shinpan Co.,Ltd., formerly a fully owned subsidiary of LIFE, and has made it a fully owned subsidiary.

On Jun. 1 Aiful Corporation will begin a CD/ATM tie-up with Mycal Card(Head office: Osaka City). The tie-up with Mycal Card increases Aiful's CD/ATM network to a total of 25,753 company-owned and collaborating company locations.

On May 30 Aiful Corporation will begin a CD/ATM tie-up with The Gunma Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Maebashi City). The tie-up with Gunma Bank increases Aiful's CD/ATM network to a total of 25,462 company-owned and collaborating company locations.

On May 14 Aiful Corporation will begin a CD/ATM tie-up with The 114 Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Takamatsu City) and The Yokohama Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Yokohama City). The tie-up with 114 Bank and Yokohama Bank increases Aiful's CD/ATM network to a total of 24,511 company-owned and collaborating company locations.

On May 7 Aiful Corporation will begin a CD/ATM tie-up with The Tajima Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Toyooka City) and The Fukuho Bank, Ltd.(Head office: Fukui City). The tie-up with Tajima Bank and Fukuho Bank increases Aiful's CD/ATM network to a total of 22,240 company-owned and collaborating company locations.
